Abstract
This qualitative phenomenological study was designed to investigate the factors that influence ethnic minority males' career trajectory to the position of athletic director at a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). Ten ethnic minority males that held the rank of an athletic director participated in the study.
